From carton to corner

Sakugi products on this site are sold and shipped through our partner store. When you press a buy button, you land on the product listing there, and the whole order — price, payment, delivery options and tracking — runs through that store.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery dates appear at checkout and in your order confirmation. Large frames such as garage shelving and clothes racks ship flat-packed in one carton; multi-packs may arrive in several.

Tracking

Tracking details are available from your order page in the partner store as soon as the carton leaves the warehouse.

When the carton arrives

Open it near where the frame will stand, check the parts against the list in the manual, and keep the packaging until everything is assembled. If anything is missing, the order page in the partner store is the quickest route to a replacement.
